Mr. Rashid has over 15 years of experience in financial audits, taxation and management consultancy. He has been involved in annual audits, reviews, group reporting and special nature assignments for various public and private limited companies including both, financial and non-financial sector.
He also has a rich experience in HR policy reviews, performance management and succession planning, compensation and benefits, voluntary separation schemes, gap analysis and benchmarking and job analysis engagements.
Earlier, he had been associated with A.F.Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants and Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates (Pvt) Ltd.
